It was perfectly clean, breakfast was fresh made and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and delightfully helpful, as for 3-stars hotel. Relatively quiet and unbeatable location right on the seafront was a plus. The private parking was on-site, efficient service.

The location is particularly good and beautiful, near to the tourist attractions of Llandudno- perfect, Snowdonia national park, and the sea and promenade - couldn't be better. Llandudno Beach district is worth seeing.

Came here for 3 nights with my hubby, had a peaceful stay. The setting was magnificent, very close to the Great Orme, the attractions in the town and surrounding area and bobs to do over the weekend. Plus, Mostyn Street was at a medium distance from the hotel. The breakfast was rich and savoury, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
